They came promptly and cleared up the problem, removing the roots and wipes, and pumped it clean in about an hour. They were courteous and respectful and did a great job with a smile. Was offered next day service at a perfect time and did NOT charge any extra fees for for having to travel out the way as we live in Waynesville so that was a HUGE plus!!! This was a tight lot and required expertise in maneuvering the equipment, and all the pieces in that need to be done. They did an excellent job! 5 out of 5 starsBrayden and Josh were called about an issue we were having...again with out septic tank / pump. The builder we had didn't hire qualified subcontractors or supervise them. Tideco Septic came out to investigate. They pointed out what was going on. They listened to our concerns. Which was my Augusta National yard. They came up with a plan to cause the least amount of impact to our yard while placing an additional tank. We love these guys. 1. They are very driven to be successful for decades to come. 2. Very knowledgeable (I've been in construction for 40 years). 3. They made a plan and stuck to it, causing the least amount of impact to the surroundings. Very caring! 4. Pride in workmanship. They installed correctly the tank, pump and piping correctly. 5. Tideco took the time to provide a sod cutter, rolled the sod, graded back to previous elevation, raked to receive the sod back in place and watered. Brayden, Josh and their employees are a great 1st class team. We know that if we have the slightest issue. Tideco Septic will quickly respond and take action. Highly recommended!! See more See less
